Products I've worked on

How I work
A few things I've learned along the way.
Clear communication
Complex ideas, simple explanations. The best decisions start with shared understanding — not the loudest voice or fanciest deck.
Systems over heroics
If I do something twice, I build a system. But the system only works when you understand the people inside it.
Creative judgment
Data tells you what happened. Judgment tells you what to do about it. The interesting solutions come from connecting dots others don't see.
Adaptive by default
Plans change. Markets shift. What worked last quarter won't work next. The real skill isn't predicting — it's responding well.
Where I've been
Started in marketing, stumbled into product, ended up doing both.

Building in public
Contributing to tools I use and open-sourcing what I build.
